摘要
本文通过对上海居住及公共建筑碳排放指标进行量化分析,研究上海低碳建筑发展的现状,分析现实问题及矛盾;运用情景分析方法预测未来发展目标及达到目标所要采取的应对措施。
By quantitatively analyzing the carbon emission indicators of Shanghai＇s residential and public buildings,the paper studies the status-quo and existing issues of Shanghai＇s low carbon constructions and proposes the strategies for achieving the objectives forecasted by scenario analysis.
