多功能测量仪监测双肺放射性剂量与肺通气图像质量关系的初步分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价多功能测量仪监测肺通气时,肺内放射性剂量与肺通气显像图像质量的相关关系,使操作者具有获得良好图像的预知性,最终提高显像的成功率,同时尽可能降低受检者射线辐射剂量。方法:按研究纳入标准,从确诊或疑诊肺血栓栓塞症(肺栓塞)来我科检查的患者中入选88例患者。其中男性49例,女性39例,平均(59.2±15.9)岁,所有患者行肺通气显像。读取多功能仪μsv/hr值,计算肺通气显像后双肺野内放射性计数和全视野放射性计数比值,得到肺内放射性计数百分比。由2位有经验的医师和技师共同阅片,分析肺通气时多功能仪μsv/hr读数及其比值与图像质量的相关关系。结果:88例患者中,图像质量优71例,63例多功能仪读取μsv/hr≥70,69~60者8例;质量欠佳11例,其读数59~50;质量差6例,多功能仪读数<50。多功能仪读数≥70图像质量优的百分率高于读数≤69(χ2=53.10,P<0.05)。双肺野计数/全视野计数≥80%者71例,图像质量优,双肺野计数/全视野计数<80%者17例,图像质量差或欠佳。结论:多功能仪μsv/hr读数≥70时,即可停止吸入操作,可获得质量优的图像,并可降低受检者接受的受照射剂量。对行肺通气操作有较好的参考价值。
