静息心率与心血管事件及死亡风险 被引量:16

摘要 静息心率是指安静或不活动时的心率。近年来,大量临床试验证明静息心率与多种疾病如冠心病、高脂血症、高胰岛素血症、高血糖及超质量/肥胖的死亡有关,它是全因死亡和心血管死亡率的独立预测因子,由此可见,控制静息心率是防治心血管疾病的重要手段。β受体阻滞剂具有抗高血压、抗心律失常、降低心肌耗氧量、抗动脉粥样硬化及改善心功能等作用,是目前治疗心血管疾病的一线药物。伊伐布雷定是新近研究出的控制静息心率药物,具有作用位点单一、不良反应少且不影响其他控制静息心率药物疗效等特点,为临床医师合理有效地控制静息心率提供了新的选择,现综述如下。
