摘要
本文介绍玻璃钢头盔静电喷涂的原理、装置及工艺参数的选择。该工艺较原手工喷涂有着节约用漆、减少污染、提高质量、降低成本、简化工艺等优点,可推广至其它形状复杂的玻璃钢和塑料制品的涂漆处理。
The article introduces the principle, apparatus and selection of technological parameters in the electrostatic spraying of FRP helmet. This technology has such advantages as saving paints, decreasing pollution, raising quality, reducing cost and simpling process, with comparing to the old manual spraying, so, it can be broadened to the coating treatment for other complexshaped products of FRP & Plastics.
