摘要
醋酸装置整个生产过程中全部采用一次性工业水作为冷却介质,然后直接排放入清净下水管线,这导致了装置工业水消耗定额在同类装置中最高,同时也造成了大量水资源的浪费。为改善这种状况,对整个水系统进行了优化改造,用循环水部分代替一次性工业水,取得了非常好的节能效果。
Acetic acid plant in the whole production process used disposable industrial water as a cooling medium,then water cooling medium directly discharged into the clean water pipe,which led to the industrial water consumption quota in device in the same device,also caused a large number of waste water.To improve the condition of the water system,to optimize the use of circulating water,using industrial water,instead of partial one-time achieved very good energy saving effect.
