摘要
目的：探讨欣母沛在防治高危妊娠剖宫产术后出血的疗效和相应的护理措施.方法：选择有剖宫产指征并存在产后出血倾向因素者120例孕妇,胎儿娩出后经常规方法处理无效,立即采用欣母沛治疗.结果：120例中显效92例（76.66%）,有效26例（21.68%）,无效2例（1.66%）,行子宫次全切术.结论：欣母沛用于防治因高危妊娠有出血倾向的剖宫产患者,具有明显疗效,同时加强护理配合.
Objective To disuss the effect of hemabate for prevention and treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section and Corresponding nursing measure. Methods 120 patients who had cesarean section indication and postpartum hemorrhage tendency that generally methods were invalid were injected intrauterinely with 250μg of hemabate after fetal delivery. , Results Of the total 120 cases, 92 cases76.66%）showed obvious effect, 26 cases（21. 68%） effective, and 2case（1.66 %）was found to be ineffective. Conclusion Hemabate is of remarkable efficacy for. prevention and reduction of hemorrhage after cesarean sectionwhich is characterized by convenience in use rapid response and safely.
