鼻内镜下腺样体切除的手术方法选择

目的：探讨鼻内镜下腺样体切除的手术方法选择.方法：对我科共收治腺样体肥大患儿78例,随机分为经口咽鼻内镜下吸切割器切除组和鼻腔口咽联合手术组,比较两种手术的效果.结果：鼻内镜下经鼻口咽联合手术和经口咽手术均有很好的疗效,两者无统计学上的差别（P＞0. 05）.结论：鼻内镜下两种手术均术野清晰,操作准确,术中可将易残留部位病变组织基本切除,但也有各自的特点.

Objective To review the experience of Selection surgery in the treatment of children＇s adenoid hypertrophy by electrical cutterwith suction under nasal endoscope through mouth and mouth-nose. Methods 78 children＇spatients who were taken adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope divided into two groups ：through mouth and mouth-nose conbinded. Evaluated and compared the curative effects by observing the relief of the sleep apnea syndrome, secretory otitismedia and nasal obstruction et al. Results After operation, a 6 months follow -up survey was taken on all patients. Both groups got a better outcome. Conclusion Adenoldectomy by electrical cutter with suction under nasal endoscope through mouth and nose--mouth combind both have the advantages as clear visual field, rap id recovery, good curative effect and less complications, and the both mathods has its advatages and disadvatages.
