二六六子汤免煎中药治疗精液异常不育症疗效观察

目的：观察二六六子汤免煎中药治疗男性精液异常不育的临床疗效.方法：将120例精液异常不育症的患者,随机分成两组,均以二六六子汤为基本方（熟地,制首乌,仙灵脾、山萸肉、女贞子、枸杞子、菟丝子,仙茅、淮山、白术,茯苓、泽泻、丹皮、车前子、远志、五味子、覆盆子,柴胡,炙甘草）.治疗组采用三九免煎中药颗粒治疗;对照组以医院药房传统中药饮片治疗,观察两组临床疗效.结果：治疗组总有效率为95%;对照组为93.33%;两组比较差异无显著性意义（P﹥0.05）.结论：两组治疗后对精液质量均有明显提高,疗效相似确切.但免煎中药颗粒,携带方便,冲服快捷易行,深受患者欢迎.
