摘要
目的：研究临床路径应用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征择期手术患者健康教育的实施效果,保证患者得到及时有效的健康教育.方法：借鉴国外应用临床路径对患者实施整体护理的做法,对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者进行健康教育.将50例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征需行手术的患者随机分为2组,2组均进行常规的检查和治疗,对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育,实施组采用临床路径对患者进行系统的健康教育,观察2组的护理效果.结果：实施组在接受系统的健康教育后,患者对治疗依从性、健康知识掌握情况及对护理工作的满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论：应用临床路径对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征择期手术患者进行健康教育管理,能掌握健康教育知识,增强治疗依从性,提高患者和家属对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广.
Objective： To investigate the aplication of clinical pathway in health education in patients of OSAHS,and ensure the patients who can get their health education promptly and effective. Methods： The health education with clinical pathway were made for the patients of OSAHS. Fifty patients of OSAHS who passed conventional examinations and treatment were randomly divided into clinical pathway group and control group, the clinical pathway group allowed health education with clinical pathway and the control group by traditional method, then their nursing efficacy were observed respective respectively. Result： The dependence of treatment, health education and satisfaction of patients was greatly relieved after application of clinical pathway （p〈0.01）. Conclusion： Through the administration of health education with clinical pathway in patients of OSAHS, they can master the health education knowledge and improve their treatment dependence and elevate their satisfaction with nursing work, it was valuable to be recommended and spread.
