基因芯片技术在精神分裂症研究中的应用

摘要 基因芯片技术具有高通量、并行性等优势,与传统连锁分析方法相比,将DNA水平上发现疾病基因结构缺陷发展到RNA水平上检测其基因表达差异。该技术已成功用于精神分裂症发病机制的多个层面上的相关研究,包括前额叶皮层少突神经胶质细胞mRNA表达抑制;突触、线粒体功能相关的基因表达改变;检测到微小片段染色体异常;前额叶皮层正常发育受到破坏而导致敏感基因表达异常;精神分裂症患者体内一些免疫相关基因表达的上调等。
