摘要
目的:探讨孕期健康教育干预在产妇分娩中的影响.方法:对照组给予常规孕期入院宣教工作,干预组实施系统的孕期健康教育.对比分析两组孕妇分娩方式、孕期患病、产时配合和1min新生儿Apgar评分.结果:干预组剖宫产率、产时配合不佳、1min新生儿Apgar评分均明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);干预组孕妇孕期健康教育前知识掌握优良率为44.0%(118/268),干预后为87.7%(235/268),差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);干预组对健康教育的满意度为94.4%(253/268),远高于对照组的65.6%(145/221).差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论:健康教育是孕期整体护理的关键环节,对提高孕妇自我保健能力,降低剖宫产率,改善分娩结局和提高产科质量具有重要意义.
Objective: To explore the rain effect about health education during of pregnancy on pregnant women. Methods: The control group received routine mission, Intervention group received system health education during of pregnancy. Cesarean section rate, poor intrapartum rate and lmin Apgar score(8~10points)better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P〈0.01) ; Intervention group's excel-- lent and good rate in health knowledge during of pregnancy achieved to87. 7% from 44.0%, the difference was significant (P〈0.01). Conclusions: Health education is the key to holistie nursing care during of pregnancy, and has important significance Improve self--care ability of pregnant women, decrease cesarean section rate, improve delivery outcomes, enhance quality of obstetrics.
