摘要
目的：探讨经尿道输尿管硬镜下两种功率钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的有效性和安全性.方法：采用输尿管硬镜下两种功率钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石122例,其中大功率组（2.0-3.0J,频率20-25Hz）治疗64例,小功率组（0.5-1.0J,频率10-15Hz）治疗58例.结果：大功率组结石排净率为95.31%,术中术后发生并发症3例（4.69%）;小功率组结石的排净率为75.86%,术中术后发生并发症10例（17.24%）.结论：输尿管硬镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石是安全、有效的方法,且大功率明显优于小功率.
Objective To compare the the effectiveness and safety of transurethral ureter endoscope lithotripsy with two kinds of power holmium la- ser for impacted upper ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 122 cases of ureteral calculi were included in the study. The high-- power holmium laser gl：oup were required in 64 cases,the＇lower--power holmium laser group were required in 58cases. Results The complete success lithagogue rate of high --power holmium laser＇class being 95.31% ,3 complication in operation and after operation; the high-- power class being 75.86%, 10 complication in operation and after operation. Conclusion Transurethral ureter endoscope lithotripsy was safe, effective, and high--power holmium laser was obviously outweigh the lower--power holmium laser .
