摘要
目的：探讨不同疾病状态下萎缩性胆囊炎的手术处理技巧及并发症的防治.方法：回顾性分析我院38例慢性结石性胆囊患者的临床资料.结果：38例患者全部完成腹腔镜手术,2例胆管损伤患者经BD管无胆瘘发生.结论：LC治疗慢性萎缩性胆囊炎是安全可靠的,BD管可预防及治疗胆总管损伤.
Objective： The operating skills of withered cholecystitus under the different disease conditions and the prevention of complications . Methods：Reviowing the medical recards analysis. Condition：All the 38 cases were operated with laparoscopic,two cases which happened bile duct damage were no bile leakage by Bdtube. Conclusion：LC treatmeat for the withered cholecystitus is safe and reliable,the BD tube may prevent and treat the choledoch damage.
