非脱垂阴式子宫切除术32例临床治疗体会

目的：探讨非脱垂子宫阴式切除术的手术要点及临床体会。方法：回顾2008年10月-2010年1月在我科行非脱垂子宫阴式手术32例，手术方法为子宫全切除术32例。结果：32例经阴道子宫切除，手术均获成功。术后病理诊断为子宫肌瘤20例，功能失调性子宫出血8例，子宫腺肌瘤13例，宫颈上皮内瘤变3例，均治愈。结论：对子宫中等大小，活动，阴道宽松行TVH是安全可行的，而手术成功与术前状态，术者阴式切除的经验、技巧有关，TVH更适合基层应用。
