Clinicopathologic analysis f strumal carninoid of the ovary

目的：探讨卵巢甲状腺肿类癌的病理学特点和生物学行为.方法：对3例卵巢甲状腺肿类癌作临床病理分析,免疫组织化学染色,并随防.结果：3例为囊壁结节型.组织学上2例以梁状结构为主,1例梁状结构中混有巢状结构,免疫表型3例Syn、CgA 和NSE均阳性,PCT阴性;滤泡区Tg阳性,而类癌区阴性.结论：卵巢甲状腺肿类癌是一种伴有甲状腺滤泡分化的低度恶性神经内分泌癌.

Objective To study the biological behavior and pathological changes of strumal carcinoid of the ovary. Methods Three case of strumal carcinoid of the ovary were studied by clinical and Pathological features, immunohisto chemical staining and clinical follow up. Results Three cases were the tipe of nodo in the cyst . Two cases were trabecular patterns and 1 of trabecular patterns predominatly associated with island structure . Immunohistochemistry bowed three cases were positive for Syn and CgA and NSE, but positive or TG in the thyroid tissue and negative in the carcinoid . Conclusions It is concluded that stumal carcinoid of the orary is a low grade malignant neuroendocrine carcinama with thyroid tissue.
