红黄洗液对小鼠耳廓微循环作用的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察红黄洗液对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响.方法:采用活体微循环观测技术,选用尾静脉注射0.1%肾上腺素的方法制造小鼠实验性急性血瘀证模型,观察红黄洗液对正常小鼠及实验性急性血瘀证模型小鼠耳廓微循环的影响.结果:红黄洗液对正常小鼠及实验性急性血瘀证模型小鼠耳廓微循环均具有一定的促进作用,能增大正常小鼠耳廓微动脉、微静脉口径,增加毛细血管网交叉点数,明显改善急性血瘀证小鼠耳廓微动脉、微静脉口径和毛细血管网交叉点数的异常,对抗肾上腺素所致小鼠耳廓微循环障碍,与生理盐水比较差异显著(P〈0.01).结论:红黄洗液具有活血化瘀、促进微循环作用. Objective:To observe the Honghuang lotion on the mouse ear microcirculation. Methods~ Useing the microcirculation in vivo observation techniques, the acute blood stasis model was made by inject 0.1% adrenaline in tail vein of mice, observe the effect of Honghuang lotion on normal mice and experimental acute blood stasis mice ear microcircuXation. Results: The Honghuang lotion have a certain role in promoting the ear microcirculation of normal mice and experimental acute blood stasis, it can increase the ear arteriole, venule diameter of normal mouse, increasing capillary network cross --points, significantly improve abnormal ear arteriole, venule diameter, and capillary network cross--points of acute blood stasis mouse, against adrenaline-induced auricular microcirculation, and saline was significant difference ( P〈0.01). Conclusion: The Honghuang lotion can promote blood cir- culation and microcirculation.
