富硒板党对辐射损伤小鼠保护作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究板党注射液对辐射损伤小鼠的保护作用.方法:昆明种雌性小鼠120只分为正常对照组、模型对照组、板党用药组,观察30天存活率;测定辐射后5小时、2天、4天、6天,外周血象;SOD,GSH,MDA含量测定;计数每只小鼠骨髓有核细胞数.结果:板党可提高辐射后小鼠存活率,对白细胞及血小板的显著影响,能显著升高SOD活性,增加GSH含量,降低MDA含量.结论:板党对辐射损伤小鼠有明显的保护作用. Objective To study the injection Rich selenium--banqiao Codonopisis pilosula protective effect of radiation damage in mice. Methods 120 Kunming female mice were divided into normal control group, model control group, treatment group Rich selenium--banqiao Codonopisis pilosula to observe the 30--day survival rate; determination of radiation after 5 hours, 2 days, 4 days, 6 days, peripheral blood; SOD, GSH , MDA determination; counted per mouse bone marrow nucleated cell count. Results Rich selenium--banqiao Codonopisis pilosula can increase the survival rate of mice after radiation on white blood cells and platelets significant effect can be significantly increased SOD activity, increased GSH content and lower MDA content. Conclusion Rich selenium--banqiao Codonopisis pilosula to radiation damage in mice has obvious protective effect.
