摘要
目的：探讨无偿献血过程中造成采血量不足的影响因素,并提出对策.方法：对2006年1月～2009年12月到来我市采血点进行无偿献血8125人次,在采血过程中出现采血量不足56人次的现象进行影响因素分析.结果：影响采血量不足的因素与献血次数、年龄、心理紧张、穿刺技术、血管原因、空腹及环境因素有关.结论：应加强献血者心理疏导、提高穿刺技术、给予人性化服务及加大献血知识的宣传等措施,可以减少或降低采血量不足 .
