回顾了我国涂料专业人才培养的历史,介绍了目前中国涂料工业协会和上海工程技术大学合作建设涂料行业人才培养基地工作的情况,并正在各方努力下积极推进。

This paper makes retrospect about the professional talents training work of Chinese coatings industry and introduces the construction of coatings talents training base cooperated by China National Coatings Industry Association and Shanghai University of Engineering Science.The construction work is now actively going on.
