摘要
电子文件数字代码结构易于变化、流动、受环境影响大的特点,决定了电子文件整个生命周期中风险遍布。本文探讨了通过风险计划、风险识别、风险评估、风险应对、风险监控构建电子文件风险管理体系,以确保电子文件的真实、完整、可读、保密等基本管理目标的实现。
The structure of digital code is likely to change, flow and is greatly influenced by environment so that risks can be found all over the life circle of electronic records. The paper discusses the construction of electronic records risk management system through risk plan, risk identification, risk appraisal, risk treatment and risk monitor in order to ensure the achievement of the basic goals, such as the authenticity, integrity, readability and privacy of electronic records.
