脑电功率谱分析对轻度认知障碍的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者的脑电功率谱特征,寻找诊断MCI的脑电图指标。方法对40例MCI患者和40例正常对照组进行常规EEG记录,比较分析两组的主频分布,α频段、θ频段、δ频段相对功率值,以及α/θ功率比值。结果两组主频分布及δ频段相对功率值无显著差异,但是MCI组α频段相对功率值下降、θ频段相对功率值增高,α/θ值下降,与对照组比较差异具有显著性。结论 MCI患者α频段、θ频段相对功率值及α/θ值是对MCI具有诊断价值的客观指标。
