新生儿院内感染情况的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of neonatal hospital infection

目的了解近年新生儿监护病房(NICU)患儿的医院内感染状况及病原菌分布和耐药性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法总结近两年来我院NICU153例院内感染病例的临床及实验室资料。结果 NICU院内感染主要病原菌是肺炎克雷伯菌等革兰氏阴性杆菌,感染部位以下呼吸道感染多见,其次是血液感染。结论合理使用抗生素对控制新生儿院内感染及指导临床用药十分重要。

Objective To study the situation of the Neonatal Hospital infection in the neonatal intensive care unit （NICU）and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria,and guide the clinical doctors,using the antibiotic rationally. Methods information of clinical and laboratory of 153 neonatal hospital infections had been summarized.Results The pathogenic bacteria of NICU,S hospital infection was Gram negative,such as,Inklebsiella pneumoniae ect. The first more part of the infection was the lower respiratory.The second more part was the infection of the blood.Conclusions It is instructive that the hospital can control the neonate infection in hospital by using antibiotic rationally.
