完善中国—东盟自贸区建设问题探析

在后危机时代,完善中国—东盟自贸区建设是助推中国和东盟国家经济快速发展,大幅提升东亚地区整体竞争能力的关键。然而,自贸区成员国之间经济发展水平的相异性与相似性共存问题、彼此之间的不完全信任问题、自贸区自身制度建设以及相应的监督和协调机制不完善问题,也使其实现良性运行和进一步发展面临着严峻的挑战。中国和东盟各国应不断增进交流,强化合作,共同解决发展中的瓶颈问题,努力实现双赢,积极稳妥地推动自贸区向成熟型自贸区迈进,加快推进东亚经济一体化。

In the Post-crisis Era which the world economic facing many uncertainty factors ,the key to make China and ASEAN countries economic develop fast, enhance the East Asia Area competitiveness is to perfect CAFTA construction, however,there are many problems among CAFTA members, such as diversity and similarity of economic development coexistence,lacking trusts.At the same time, the CAFTA＇s own systems ,surveillance and coordinated mechanism are imperfect.All these problems bring stern challenges for the CAFTA stable operation and further development. In the Post-crisis Era,the members should enhance exchange unceasingly, strengthen cooperation, solve the development bottleneck problems together, to accomplish diligently win-win, actively and reliably promote CAFTA to be a mature one and accomplish the East-Asian economy integration early.
