我国服务外包的外汇管理

On Forex Administration on China's Outsource Service

承接离岸服务外包是一国在全球价值链可分解的技术条件下,有效融入全球生产网络体系中的新型国际分工方式,也是产品内部分工和服务贸易出口的重要表现形式,因此,近年来我国对承接服务外包的外汇管理政策支持力度不断强化。基于此,本文对服务外包的内涵、我国离岸服务外包业的特点及服务外包发展所面临的外汇管理问题进行了分析,并就外汇管理政策如何更有效地促进我国承接离岸服务外包发展提出了具体的对策建议。

In recent years, outsourcing services and bi-tech, high value-added high-end manufacturing and R ＆ D part of the transfer as the main characteristics of the new round of global industrial restructuring is emerging. Fully understand the service outsourcing in promoting China＇s economic development mode shift in the basic, strategic position, from the foreign exchange management, as the degree to attention, study and promote the outsourcing work is important. To this end, this paper on the status of outsourcing and the development of the industry, currently facing the development of service outsourcing the management of foreign exchange into the in-depth analysis and targeted proposes some countermeasures.
