Investigation and Analysis on Self Supply Power Plants in Northwest China

西北区域企业自备电厂发展迅速,在保证电力供应、促进地方经济发展、吸引投资等方面发挥了重要作用。同时自备电厂立项建设和运行管理失序,也对电力行业健康发展造成较大的负面影响。在对西北区域自备电厂基本情况进行分析的基础上,指出其目前在运营中存在的问题,并给出了改进建议。

Self supply power plants have witnessed rapid development in Northwest China, which has played an important role in ensuring local power supply, promoting local economic development, and helping attract investment. However, the unplanned project approval and operational management of self supply power plants have resulted in negative effects on the healthy development of power industry. On the basis of an investigation of the existing situation of self supply power plants in Northwest China, the paper describes the existing problems in operation of self supply power plants and proposes a series of countermeasures.
