摘要
关于员工幸福感的测量,各国学者现有衡量方法各不相同。每种方法测量出的结果是否一致,这还没有定论。因此,对幸福的测量成为幸福感研究的最大难点。本文通过对有关幸福感测量文献的梳理和实证检验,试图进行一些尝试研究:对同一群体采用不同方法进行多次测量,然后对测量结果进行对比,总结每种方法的优缺点。
It has both practical and theoretical significance to explore how experience of happiness affects their job satisfaction,organizational loyalty and job performance.The existing measurements of employee well-being from various countries’ scholars are different,but different methods have the consistent results,which do not have a consensus conclusion.Therefore,to measure the happiness is the most difficult problem.Based on combing the literatures and empirical test of measurement of the well-being,the researcher tries to make some attempts in this area,which conducted the empirical research on the same subject by the different methods to measure their well-being,then compared the results of the measurement of each method,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of each measurement.
