摘要
电力系统的无功补偿与无功平衡,是保证电压质量的基本条件,对保证电力系统的安全稳定与经济运行起着重要的作用。由于大规模风电场长距离地接入电网,其无功补偿对局部电网电压的调节作用更加重要。根据大规模风电场并网运行的实际参数,以中国电科院研发的电力系统计算软件BPA为平台,对大规模风电基地输出电力并网后电网的无功补偿情况进行全面的仿真分析;对并网线路产生的充电功率、风电场不同的有功出力下的容性及感性无功补偿装置的配置等问题进行了有针对性的研究,并在此基础上提出满足电网安全运行的建议。
Reactive power compensation and reactive power balance in power systems are the basic conditions for the voltage quality,and of great importance in guaranteeing the security,stability and economical operation of power systems.Because large-scale wind farms are integrated into power grids with long transmission lines,the reactive power compensation is even more important in adjusting the voltage of a local grid.By applying the software BPA developed by CEPRI and the operation data of a large-scale wind farm,which was integrated into a power system,a broad simulation analysis was conducted on the characteristics of the reactive power compensation.A targeted study was carried on the charging power caused by transmission lines for wind farms and the capacitive or inductive reactive power compensators under different wind power outputs.Some suggestions on operation security were put forward.
