摘要
本工程为一不对称连体复杂高层结构,针对结构超限及不规则的情况,通过概念设计及计算分析,详细介绍了结构的选型、设计中采取的抗震加强措施及基于性能的抗震设计方法。对地震下的连体楼板应力、连体桁架节点及支座节点进行了有限元分析,对底层越层柱及连体进行了屈曲及舒适度分析。对振动台试验揭示的薄弱部位进行了加强。
A complex unsymmetrical twin-tower high-rise building was discussed.Through concept design and analysis,structural form selection,seismic fortification measures and performance-based seismic design method were introduced.The floor stress at the connection and the bearing capacity of the simple joints were also analyzed by FEA under earthquakes.The buckling analysis for the cross-pillar and comfort degree analysis for the connection floor were introduced.The weak zones identified by shaking table test were strengthened.
