摘要
通过一工程实例,介绍了在强风化泥岩中设置CFG桩进行地基加固处理以提高强风化泥岩承载力的设计及施工方法,并进行了岩基载荷试验和沉降观测,结果表明地基承载力与变形均满足要求。现行规范对强风化泥岩的复合地基处理尚无明确规定,且该加固方案在成都地区尚无先例,工程实践表明采用此方法可节约造价、缩短施工工期且安全可靠。
The design and construction method using CFG piles for foundation reinforcement of heavily weathered mudstone were introduced through an engineering example.Foundation load test and settlement observation were carried out.The results show that the bearing capacity and settlement of the foundation can meet the demand.Current structural codes have no regulations on such problem and such foundation reinforcing method had not been employed in Chengdu district.This method can apparently improve the ultimate capacity of foundation on heavily weathered mudstone,and can save costs and shorten construction period safely and reliably.
