凹凸棒石对中药水煎液中人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rg1及三七皂苷R1的吸附和澄清作用 被引量:1

Investigate on adsorptive effect of attapulgite with Ginsenoside Rb_1,Ginsenoside Rg_1 and Notoginsenoside R_1 in traditional Chinese medicine decoction

摘要 目的:考察凹凸棒石对三七及复方丹参滴丸水煎提取液中有效成分人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1及三七皂苷R1的吸附影响和对无效成分的吸附澄清作用。方法:以浸出总固体物量和人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1及三七皂苷R1含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定有效成分人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1及三七皂苷R1的含量,分别考察普通酸化凹凸棒石对三七和复方丹参滴丸水煎提取液的吸附澄清作用。结果:普通凹凸棒石对三七及复方丹参滴丸水煎提取液中浸出总固体物量无明显改善,对人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1及三七皂苷R1的含量略有影响;酸化凹凸棒石使三七及复方丹参滴丸水煎液中浸出总固体物量明显减少,对人参皂苷Rb1、Rg1及三七皂苷R1的含量影响较小。结论:酸化凹凸棒石可作为三七药材和复方丹参滴丸水煎提取液的吸附澄清剂。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the adsorptive effect of attapulgite on Ginsenoside Rb1, Ginsenoside Rg1 and Notoginsenoside R1 in decoction of Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng and composite Dansen pill. Also, the clarification on ineffective ingredents was studied. METHODS Using the amount of total solid compositions and the content of Ginsenoside Rb1, Ginsenoside Rg1 and Notoginsenoside R1 as references,the adsorptive effect of common attapulgite and acidified attapulgite on decoction of Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng and composite Dansen pill were studied respectively, the content of Ginsenoside Rb1, Ginsenoside Rg1 and Notoginsenoside R1 was determined by HPLC. RESULTS Common attapulgite could not decreas markedly the amount of total solid compositions, and had a little effect on the content of Ginsenoside Rh1 ,Ginsenoside Rg1 and Notoginsenoside R1 in decoction of Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng and composite dansen pill. The acidified attapulgite could obviously reduce the amount of solid compositions, and had a little effect on the content of Ginsenoside Rb1, Ginsenoside Rg, and Notoginsenoside R1 in decoction of Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng and composite Dansen pill. CONCLUSION Acidified attaputgite could be used as adsorptive clarifier in decoction of Radi:r et Rhizoma Notoginseng and composite Dansen pill.
