1例重症脑脊液分流器感染患者的药学监护

摘要 目的:探讨对特殊患者实施药学监护的方法和意义。方法:为1例重症脑脊液分流器感染患者提供药学监护,并对患者进行用药分析。结果:临床药师可以从药物不良反应,治疗药物监测,药动学/药效学和药物稳定性等方面作为切入点,为重症患者提供药学监护。结论:临床药师是治疗团队中的重要组成部分,通过对特殊患者提供药学服务,既提高了自身临床知识,又可发挥药学优势,为医生合理用药提供建议。
