摘要
采用岩相、XRD、强度测试等分析手段,讨论了7种钢渣矿物组成、形貌及胶凝活性的影响因素。结果显示:不能简单根据钢渣碱度比较钢渣的胶凝活性;钢渣碱度相近时,钢渣中硅酸盐矿物的量取决于二氧化硅的含量,并继而影响到钢渣的胶凝活性,7种钢渣的28 d抗压强度最大相差20%。浅盘冷却得到的不同粒级钢渣,其硅酸盐矿物的不同形貌反映出冷却过程液相粘度、过冷度等因素的变化。其中,0.6~1.18 mm粒级中硅酸盐矿物以自形晶存在,其胶凝活性较高。
Seven kinds of steel slag with high alkalinity have been investigated for the effect of mineral composition and microstructure on cement property by optical microscopy,X-ray diffraction,and compressive strength.The results show alkalinity of steel slag can not completely denote,cement property,and if steel slag have common alkalinity,the amount of silicate miner depends on the silica content which has effect on the cement activity of steel slag.The biggest compressive strength is 20% greater than the least one among seven steel slags.The different size steel slag is present in different microstructure which results from effect of viscosity and degree of supercooling on mineral crystallization during the cooling process.Steel slag owns euhedral crystal mineral and being with great cement property.
