摘要
应用铸造模拟软件JSCAST在计算机中模拟喷枪枪体的挤压铸造成型工艺过程,预测成型缺陷的发生部位。结果表明:在枪体件的厚大截面,最后凝固部位因初始设计参数不合理,厚大部分得不到金属液的补充,有缩孔产生。通过多次模拟,分析不同工艺参数对零件成型过程的影响,针对缺陷,提出对铸造工艺进行整体优化—增加冷却水道、改进型芯设计、零件局部保温、改进零件结构等措施,解决了缺陷问题,提高了产品质量。
In the computer,using the casting simulation software JSCAST to simulate the extraction casting formation technological process of the spray gun furniture,and to predict the occurrence of molding defect site.The result indicates that as a result of the unreasonable initial design parameters,the thick big section of the furniture,which is the final solidified position can't get enough solution metal,and the shrink hole flaw happened.Through many times of simulate,it analyses the influence of different technological parameter to the components formation process.In the view of the flaw,it proposes some methods to improve the product quality including increase cool measures,advanced version core design,components partial heat preservation,components structure improvement.
