摘要
活齿端面谐波齿轮是一种适用于大功率、大传动比的新型传动机构。介绍了活齿端面谐波齿轮齿面修形后工作啮合副的啮合状态几何模型,在分析齿面修形后活齿运动状态的基础上,探讨了工作啮合副啮合总面积的变化规律,提出了不同结构参数条件下的计算方法,推导出了相应的计算公式。
Oscillating-teeth end-face harmonic gear is of an advanced drive wheel suitable for large power and high transmission ratio system.In this paper,the geometric model concerning the meshing state of the meshing pair of the oscillating-teeth end-face harmonic gear with its teeth-faces modified is introduced.And based on the analysis on the motion state of the oscillating teeth after teeth-faces modification,changing disciplinarian on the total meshing area of the meshing pair of the oscillating-teeth end-face harmonic gear drive is analyzed,calculating method on the total meshing area in different structural parameters is proposed.The corresponding formula are also deduced respectively.
