船用二冲程柴油机电控气缸油注油系统设计

Design of Electronic Control System of Cylinder Lubricator for Marine Two-stroke Engine

在参考国外新型注油器的基础上,研制开发了一套大型低速二冲程柴油机气缸油电控注油系统。描述了各组成单元结构、功能及实现方法。经过实验验证,该气缸油电控注油系统功能和性能均满足CCS相关规范的要求,取得了CCS证书。完成了实船安装和调试,运行良好。

In refer to the overseas new lubricator,we have developed a kind of electric-control lubricating system for the large and low-speed diesel engine.This paper has introduced each composition cellular construction,the function and the realization method in detail.The experiments show that this system function and the performance satisfy the correlation standard of CCS,and the certificate of CCS is obtained.The system has completed the scene installment and the debugging,and the movement effect is good.
