综述了动物FABP(Fatty acid binding protein,FABP)的类型、分布、结构特点与H-FABP(Hear fatty acidbinding proteint,H-FABP),A-FABP(Adipocyte fatty acid binding protein,A-FABP),L-FABP(Live fatty acidbinding protein,L-FABP),I-FABP(Ileum fatty acid binding protein,I-FABP),Ex-FABP(Extracellular fatty acidbinding protein,Ex-FABP)基因多态性及其与脂肪沉积的关联研究进展.

The types,distribution,structure characteristics of Fatty acid binding protein（FABP） were reviewed.The research progresses of both polymorphism of Hear fatty acid binding protein（H-FABP）,Adipocyte fatty acid binding protein（A-FABP）,Live fatty acid binding protein（L-FABP）,Ileum fatty acid binding protein（IL-FABP） and Extracellular fatty acid-binding protein（Ex-FABP） genes and their association with fat deposition were also reviewed.
