Enzyme preparation can improve the production performance and immunity of lactating dairy cows,as well as the milk quality.The types and sources of enzymes,the mechanism of enzyme preparation were summarized.The application of enzyme preparation in dairy cows and improving feed quality by using enzymes were highlighted.
