摘要
采用熔融插层技术,以月桂酸为相变储能材料、有机蒙脱土为载体,制备定形相变材料(Shape-Stabled Phase Change Material,SSPCM);采用低温DSC、XRD和SEM等现代测试技术对SSPCM的热学性能与内层结构进行了研究。DSC测试结果表明SSPCM的相变温度与月桂酸的接近,其相变焓与理论计算值相似;XRD测试发现SSPCM的层间距明显大于有机蒙脱土的,表明有机蒙脱土和月桂酸相容性好,在熔融实验条件下可以形成交联的插层型结构;SEM形貌分析表明SSPCM中的月桂酸与有机蒙脱土具有良好的相容性。
Shape-stabled phase change material(SSPCM) with lauric acid as phase change material and organophilic montmorillonite(OMMT) as the carrier was prepared through the technology of melting intercalation.Low temperature DSC、XRD and SEM tests were performed to investigate the inner layer structure and thermal properties of SSPCM.The result of DSC indicates that the phase change temperature of SSPCM is similar to that of lauric aid,and its latent heat is almost equivalent to the calculated value based on the content of lauric acid in SSPCM.And the result of XRD reveals that the layer space of SSPCM is significantly expanded compared to organophilic montmorillonite,which means organophilic montmorillonite and lauric acid are in perfect harmony because of the structure of blending intercalation under melting intercalation process.The compatibility between organophilic montmorillonite and lauric aid in SSPCM is also proved by the result of SEM images.
