赤泥质多孔陶瓷滤料气孔率的调控研究 被引量:2

摘要 以白云石、石墨为成孔剂制备赤泥质多孔陶瓷滤料,研究了成孔剂的种类、添加量及烧成温度等对样品的显气孔率、压碎强度、耐酸耐碱性、显微结构等的影响。石墨添加量为10%,经1 100℃烧成的样品BS4,其气孔率达45.37%,吸水率为27.95%,抗压碎强度达9.57 MPa,耐酸性为90.69%,耐碱性为99.57%。显微结构研究表明,气孔分布均匀,呈三维连通状,可以满足用作水处理过滤介质的要求。 Dolomite and graphite were used as pore-forming materials to prepare red mud porous ceramic filtration materials in this paper.The effects of the type and adding amount of the pore-forming materials and firing temperature on the porosity,crushing strength,acid and alkali resistance and microstructures of the sample were investigated.The result show that the sample BS4 with 10% graphite fired at 1 100 ℃ had an apparent porosity of 45.37%,water absorption of 27.95%,crushing strength of 9.57 MPa,acid resistance of 90.69% and alkali resistance of 99.57%.The pores were three-dimensionally bonded and distributed uniformity by SEM,which possess excellent filterability and may meet the requirements of filtration material.
