摘要
拟用磷石膏制备Ⅱ型无水石膏胶凝材料。为改善无水磷石膏的水化,选用了半水石膏对其进行激发。通过测试半水石膏对凝结时间、强度性能和无水石膏水化的影响,结果表明:半水石膏的快速水化硬化引起溶液中硫酸钙浓度的改变,从而促进无水磷石膏的水化。半水石膏的掺入加速胶凝材料的凝结,提高早期强度;无水磷石膏在激发作用下的水化促进强度的进一步发展,提高后期强度。混合相石膏具有较致密的晶体结构,是一种性能优良的胶凝材料。
In this article,PG was selected to produce anhydrite-Ⅱgypsum.Hemidrate was added to activate the hydration of anhydrite-ⅡPG.Through the experiment on the influence of hemidrate on the setting time,strength development and hydration of anhydrite-ⅡPG,the results show that the quick hydration of hemidrate contributes to the variation of concentration of calcium sulfate in the solution,which accelerates the hydration of anhydrite-ⅡPG.Hemihydrate shortens the setting of the binder and provides early strength.And the activated hydration of anhydrite-ⅡPG develops the late strength of the binder.The hardenite of the binder has compact structure of crystals,thus is a kind of cementitous material with good properties.
