摘要
以实际工程的混凝土配合比为背景,设计了人工气候环境因素及混凝土梁腐蚀试验。根据测定的加载腐蚀时间为80 d的试验梁中混凝土自由氯离子浓度,模拟计算了受压区的混凝土中氯离子的扩散系数,预测了钢筋混凝土梁中受压区钢筋的初始锈蚀时间;根据相同环境因素、相同配合比、腐蚀时间、无荷载作用时的混凝土氯离子的扩散系数,分析了加载时的结论,说明了荷载因素对钢筋初始锈蚀时间的影响。
In this paper,different manual climate environment factors and corrosion test of a concrete beam are designed based on concrete mix proportion of a practical project.Based on the measured free chloride concentration in concrete of loading beam after 80days' corrosion time test,the chloride diffusion coefficients in concrete in compressive region are simulated,and corrosion initiation time of steel bar in compressive region of reinforced concrete beam are forecasted.According to chloride diffusion coefficients in concrete of unloading with the same climate environment and same mix proportion and corrosion time,the calculation results of loading corrosion beam are analyzed,and the influence of loading factors on corrosion initiation time is explained.
