摘要
城市公共交通系统评价时,多个指标相互之间是无法比较相互矛盾的,甚至有些定性指标无法定量表示。尝试应用模糊数学对多目标进行评价,有效地模拟多目标决策的过程,过程中的规则变换可反应决策者对不同目标的重要性取向。鉴于单一评价法和组合评价法的优缺点,提出了将2种应用广泛的综合评价方法:模糊评价和数据包络分析法进行集成。最后以某市公共交通系统为实例进行研究和分析,结果表明该方法可以为城市公共交通系统问题提供解决对策,为进一步提高城市交通系统的组织和优化提供基础。
In the evaluation of urban public transport system,various indicators often cannot be compared with each other and mutually contradictory,and even some qualitative indicators cannot be quantified.This paper applies fuzzy mathematics to evaluate multi-objective problems,simulating multi-objective decision process effectively,and reflecting the importance of the orientation of policy-makers for different target in the process of rule change.In view of the advantages and disadvantages of single and composed evaluation methods,this paper put forward an integration of two widely used comprehensive methods: Fuzzy Evaluation and Data Envelopment Analysis.Taking a city as an example,the results indicate that this method can give suggestions to the problems of urban public transport system,thus providing the basis for improvement of the organization and optimization of urban public transport system.
