摘要 有效限制短路电流对于保证电力系统安全稳定运行和减小短路对电气设备损害具有重要意义。为此,提出了一种新型故障限流器拓扑,其中快速开关用于快速分断,触发真空开关用于控制预先充电的脉冲电容器放电,以促使快速开关电弧迅速熄灭,实现短路电流的主动转移,电阻被用作限流元件。设计制作了10kV电压等级限流器样机。基于限流器参数和实验现场参数,用ATP软件建立了限流器在实际线路中的仿真模型。短路限流过程的仿真计算结果表明,该限流器在所设条件下可将短路电流限制到无限流时的60%。在变电站实际线路中对限流器样机进行了现场实验,实验结果与仿真结果基本一致。 Effectively limiting the short-circuit current is of great importance to keep the safe and steady running of the power system,and to diminish the harm to electric equipment by a short-circuit fault.A novel fault current limiter(FCL) topology is presented.A high speed switch is used to open fast.A triggered vacuum switch is used to discharge the precharged pulse capacitor so as to rapidly quench the arc of the high speed switch and to realize the active transfer of the short-circuit current.A resistor is used as the current limiting component.An FCL apparatus for the 10 kV power system is designed and fabricated.Based on the parameters of the FCL apparatus and the parameters of a power system experiment site,a simulation model of the FCL in an actual power line is established by means of the ATP software.The simulation results in the courses of limiting short-circuit currents show that the FCL apparatus can limit the short-circuit current to about 60 % of the current without limiting under the given condition.Experiments of the FCL apparatus are performed in the actual power line of the substation.The experimental results are approximately in agreement with the simulation results.
