On compliance improvement of artificial blood vessels made of PTT filaments

摘要 针对目前机织涤纶人造血管的顺应性较低问题,采用聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)纤维作为纬纱用材料,织制了机织人造血管用织物,并且测试了织物的力学性能。结果显示,用PTT纬纱织制的机织人造血管用织物,其初始模量大大低于PET织物,且弹性回复率好。在自行研制的血管顺应性仿真测试仪上评价了PET和PTT管状织物的顺应性。结果表明,在相同的脉冲压力作用下,PTT长丝制成的人造血管具有良好的径向顺应性,较符合人体内血管的直径/压力变化特征。 In view of the low radial compliance of the current woven artificial blood vessels made of polyester(PET),polytrimethylene terephthalate(PTT) filament yarns are used as the weft in manufacturing artificial blood vessels.Tensile tests show that the initial modulus of the woven fabrics made of PTT filaments is much lower than that of common used PET filaments.In addition,the former shows much better property of elastic recovery than the latter.The radial compliance of woven artificial blood vessels made of PTT and PET filaments is tested respectively on a newly developed compliance tester.The results show that,under the same pulse pressures,PTT woven artificial blood vessel has good radial compliance and is more suitable to meet the requirements of the body blood vessel in diameter-pressure variation.
