肿瘤坏死因子α-308基因多态性与2型糖尿病易感性的Meta分析

Association of the promoter polymorphism of tumor necrosis factor alpha 308 G/A gene with the type 2 diabetes mellitus:a Meta-analysis

目的运用Meta分析方法综合评价肿瘤坏死因子α基因启动子308位点(TNF-α-308)G/A基因多态性与2型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关性。方法电子检索数据库MEDLINE、EMBASE、Cochrane图书馆、维普数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库等。应用RevMan 4.2软件进行统计学处理。结果亚洲人群TNF-α-308位点基因型与T2DM密切相关(OR=1.41,95%CI:1.11～1.78,P=0.004),而在欧洲、非洲及总人群中TNF-α-308位点基因型与T2DM无相关性。结论亚洲人群中TNF-α-308基因多态性与T2DM间可能存在关联,但需增加样本量,提高研究质量进一步研究。

Objective To investigate the association between the polymorphism of tumor necrosis factor alpha 308 gene （ TNF-α-308 ） promoter and the risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus （ T2 DM） using the method of meta-analysis. Methods The database were searched. All of the data were anslysed using RevMan 4. 2 software. Results The results showed lack of association between TNF 308 G/A polymorphism and T2DM. However, stratification by ethnicity indicated that there was significant association between TNF 308G/A polymorphism and T2DM in Asians. Conclusion TNF-α-308 polymorphism might have relation to T2DM in Asians. But we must further identify it by big smple size and hign guality studies.
