Study of urinary proteomes in patients with mild IgA nephropathy
摘要
目前IgA肾病（IgAN）的诊断主要依赖肾活检病理检查，临床无创性检查判断IgAN进展的可靠指标很少，所以迫切需要一种可靠、无创的手段来诊断IgAN，减少重复肾活检次数，并预测疾病进展。近年来，蛋白质组学被广泛应用于人类疾病病理生理机制、治疗和药物筛选的研究，它可以同时检测标本中的所有表达蛋白，
