摘要
在采用ISSR分子标记方法检测崇明白山羊群体遗传变异的基础上,分析群体间的遗传分化水平,探讨影响群体遗传分化的主要因素。结果表明:3个山羊群体间的遗传分化系数Gst在0.0283~0.0431之间,平均仅为0.0342,说明群体间的遗传分化水平很低,遗传变异绝大部分存在于群体内,AMOVA测度遗传分化参数Fst=4.59%,与用Gst分析的结果一致;Mantel test检验显示,不同地域山羊群体的分布不符合地理隔离模式,而且群体间的基因流十分通畅;亲缘关系的UPGMA聚类结果与已知的亲缘关系相吻合。
Genetic differentiation and its impact factors were analyzed among indigenous goat populations of Chongming Island,based on genetic variations of different populations by ISSR.Results showed that coefficients of genetic differentiation of three goat populations was between 0.0283 and 0.0431,with the average of 0.0342,demonstrating that genetic differentiation level was very low among populations and most genetic variations existed within population,which is agreement with the results of AMOVA analysis.The distribution of different geographical populations was not according with the model of geographical isolation and gene flow was very smooth between populations.Phylogenetic relationships agreement to UPGMA cluster was also identical with the formation processing of breeds.It is concluded that high and smooth gene flow is the main reason leading to very low genetic differentiation level of three indigenous goat populations of Chongming Island.
