中国公共管理学研究的几点思考

Consideration on Research of China's Public Management

中国三十余年的公共管理研究,多是对西方公共管理理论的引证与回应,致使我国公共管理缺乏有效的本土化研究,陷入了西方公共管理理论隐形框架的约束,实践指向性弱。中国公共管理学研究须在厘清西方公共管理理论学科适应性条件的基础上,克服现有研究方法思维局限,研究中国实践,凝炼中国公共管理思想,提升中国社会科学研究的国际话语权和国家软实力。

China＇s more than 30 -years public management research, mostly cited and responded to the Western Theory of Public Ad ministration, results in a lack of effective localization research. And the framework of western theory restricts the studies of standardized and scientific research and weakens their practical directivity. Chinese Public Administration Research based on clarifying the conditions of Western public administration, must overcome the limitations, emphasize the practical field of China, refine Chinese experience, and innovate China＇s public management thinking, in order to enhance the international voice of China＇s social sciences research and the national soft power.
