Research on Realistic Choice of Public Goods Supply Modes in Chinese Urban and Rural Communities

社区公共品供给方式取决于公共品的性质以及公共品的需求、市场环境等诸多因素。本文结合我国城乡社区建设和公共品供给方式的现状、问题,提出了我国现阶段城乡公共品供给方式改革的基本思路、应注意的问题,以及服务外包和特许经营等可选择的具体方式。

Public goods supply modes will depend on the nature and the demand of public goods, the market environment and other factors. In this article, based on the current conditions and problems, we put forward some basic reform ideas, some problems that we should pay attention to and some optional modes of public goods supply in urban and rural communities such as contracting out and franchise.
