北京市地下水水位下降严重原因分析及对策研究

Analysis on the reasons of the decline of ground water level in the primary water supply source area of Beijing and the countermeasures

针对北京市地下水水位持续下降,特别是城镇居民供水水源地水位严重下降的现状,从北京市气候变化、水资源状况、供用水量、供用水结构等方面分析了北京市地下水水位下降严重的主要原因,并提出遏制地下水持续下降、涵养地下水水源的对策与措施,为北京市水资源规划、管理和配置乃至经济社会发展提供科学的决策依据。

Based on the analysis of continual ground water level fall,especially the serious fall of domestic water supply source area,it analyses the reasons of ground continual water level fall from climatic variety,water resources status,water supply and its structure,etc.Moreover,it provides countermeasures for the sustainable exploitation and utilization of water resources.These countermeasures supply scientific decision for the water resourses planning,management,configuration and the social economic development in Beijing.
